- Eligibility for Returns: You may return unused, unwashed items with original tags attached within 7 days of delivery.

- Refund Methodology: Once the item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method via our API-based digital service platform. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
